(LFM) [Plat + Only] Looking for Dedicated and Talented ADC and Analyst.

Looking for an ADC who is ready to compete in weekend tournaments and ranked 5's laddering. We have an experienced e-sports manager, dedicated line up and a team speak community to support us.

We are an eastern time zone based team that are looking to improve together and form a team that will win tournaments and climb the ranked 5's ladder. We have the resources and the dedication to become the best we can and hope that you will be able to fill these shoes. We recently benched our ADC due to internal issues. We played incredibly well together and are looking for someone who will fit in easily with our roster.

How well do you do with criticism? criticism sucks. discussions about what needs to happen in order to improve is what the games all about. Are you willing to watch replays to improve? of course How often do you watch competitive LoL? pretty frequently. i prefer to play, but watching aphromoo > life Previous competitive gaming experience/ Online gaming experience(s)?: played competitively in everything ive ever done. had a 3s team with diamond 2 mmr before team members got jobs, etc. its not fun unless its competitive.

Can play Sivir/kog/cait/trist. Form of voice communication: Mumble/Skype/TS/Vent/if youre talking about mic its a siberia v2 elite dota 2 blah blah edition Tell me a little about yourself: I am a 16 y/o kid thats graduating high school early so I will still be 16 when I enter college, so that should be fun. I played a fuckton of league on a different account before I "got rid" of it because season 4 meta gave me aids. I came back Season 5 and am currently sitting at plat 2. How well do you DEAL* with criticism?: Pretty well, but I will challenge some arguments if I think I may be in the right, but if proved wrong I can accept that. Are you willing to watch replays to improve? Yes. How often do you watch competitive LoL? Watch all NA, little EU. If I have free time will watch LCK. Previous competitive gaming experience/ Online gaming experience(s)?: Have played in GBs for CoD a long time ago and have played in super small tourneys for league when I was gold in like early S3~.

Rank: gold 2 Age: 18 Time zone: Mountain Times Available: Pretty much everyday after (5:20 est) Champ Pool: Jinx, Ezreal, Corki, Caitlyn, Vayne, (can play others but those are my top 5 in that order) Form of voice communication: Any Tell me a little about yourself: I used to play SEMI-Pro in LoL then I quit to play CSGO since I originally came from CSS(fps game). Since then I went SEMI-Pro in that game as well, but my comp died so now I'm back to a pretty shitty comp that can't run CSGO, so now I'm back to pursue LoL. How well do you do with criticism? Very well. I was an IGL (in game leader) in CSGO so I always had to take criticism from my teammates on strats and then work on developing ones that worked better. Are you willing to watch replays to improve? Yes. I spent 2-3 hours a day in CSGO watching demos of myself/other teams to learn. How often do you watch competitive LoL? Whenever I'm awake and it's on. Previous competitive gaming experience/ Online gaming experience(s)?: I don't remember much from LoL since I played in S2/S3. However in CSGO I have LAN experience, and a lot of online (top 4) finishes.
