LF Plat+ Top and Jungle for team

Currently looking for a Plat+ Top and Jungle to join our team. My team is currently in the Phoenix League, which is about to starts it's third season (seasons last 2 month) and looking to get a couple of fresh faces. Also, may need to replace a few of our subs if interested.
