LF a Ranked team. ( Plat 1)

Hey, Im looking for a serious team that plays often and together. I would like a team that does not tilt or rage and only focus on improving ourselves. Team does not have to be full of high elo players. I main Top, usually rumble (80% win ratio in solo q with him) Rank: Plat 1 Age: 16 Timezone: MST Champion Pool: Rumble, Irelia, Nasus, Kennen, Hecarim I have skype for communication I can play at most times, so just post your schedule and I can work around it.
