Creating serious ranked team from the bottom

Title says all. I'm currently s5, made it to gold a couple times. I'm tired of grinding every year on solo queue and not going anywhere with my lol career plus I'm wasting time. So why not do it right. I have great knowledge of how the game works champs etc. So I'm looking for 4 other members I main adc so I'm looking for top, jungler, supp, and a mid. Prefer somebody in silver to gold. Who's looking to improve their game. Discord is a must. Each week there will be evaluations on performance, teamwork etc. Team practice from 6 pm to 11pm Texas time, don't know what time zone it is lol. So a good 5 hours a day on weekdays 8 on weekends. Like I said I wanna go to world one day and am willing to sacrifice whatever. I work as a mailman so I know life can sometimes get in the way but if the motivation and dedications ain't there you gotta get the boot.

okay so let me make sure I am understanding this correctly. You want to start a team that plays 7 days per week? 5-8 hours per day? In the Silver-Gold range of ranked?

Okay, if so, that is borderline excessive unless you have the proper planning, support system and schedule set in place. So what support positions does your team have filled (coach, analyst, etc). What is your proposed schedule during these practices (break times, feedback systems, team play, personal play) and lastly what are your short and mid term goals for the team? (Do you already have specific tournies/leagues you are waiting to enter into, Do you have a substitute system.

In my experience being on/captaining/coaching teams (with both successful and unsuccessful teams) asking for people to put in that amount of work at such a low tier of play, without guaranteed benefits (salaries, tournament winnings, sponsorship) and backup plans or support systems to help prevent collapse is very risky and seldomly leads to the success that the organizer seeks.

The reason I ask these questions and hesitate to jump in is for the benefit of everyone who may take interest in this post. I dont want people including yourself to waste their time by operating a team in an inefficient manner and under unreasonable expectations.

However if you have the correct mindset as a captain and an adequate system in place I would be very interested in joining in and being part of it all.
