Recruiting for Plat Ranked 5's serious team
Hi, for the purpose of viewing and a quick look to see if the team is for you i will break down the post. Please excuse the shitty post i did it in like 3 mins
Timezone I am Canadian on EST timezone with a college schedule that favors afternoons and late nights and can be talked about depending on who makes the team
The Focus Making sure everyone is on the same page and in for the long haul. When creating this team what comes to mind is practicing and getting really great at synergy and shot calling to the point we are blasting through tournies every weekend.
The Requirements Age is a big deal, 17+ unless quite the mature 16 year old. Ability to work in a team environment and progress through hardships and problems that will arise naturally. Simple things like not arguing, and not debating who's right and such like that till after a game.
