Bronze player looking for serious 5v5 team

  My IGN is "MyE StealthFoxx" and I'm looking for a 5v5 ranked team that's more than just a group of friends, but less than "you MUST be on at *insert time here* or else *insert consequence here*" I want to play with people who actually know what they're doing, but also enjoy having a good time; and can help me climb elos faster than the noobs in my current matchmaking. I have Skype but that's all I have to use for communications.     

I have past experience shotcalling and playing with a team but it never got out of bronze and eventually ended. Message me in-game if you're interested in recruiting me, or play me in a 1v1/5v5 to test my skills in-game first. My best roles are (in order) mid, sup, adc, top, jung, and I have a very large champion pool, so I can adjust to comps and team builds.
