Starting A Team Silver-Gold (SERIOUS PLAYERS ONLY)

Hello guys, I am_** Xate Infinity**_, and I have decided to make my own team for Silver-Gold rank. Some things about myself. I am 15 years old and I have dream of becoming a professional league player (I know i'm only Silver). I live in Arizona and and creating a team to grow and improve has a team. Practice times will be based off when the whole team can make it and I am very strict about the practice times (Yes I understand if you miss a few). As of now, I am in MST (Mountain Standard Time). It would be a bonus if you guys have a similar time zone or about 1 hour off, as it would be hard if any higher. As of now we don't have any roles filled (Except ADC).

Why aren't you higher?I used to blame my teamates for why I do so bad. I've learned it's easier to cooperate and understand that everyone and especially myself has room for improvement.

Strength: Like a "Safe-Aggressive" I change my play style to the teams needs. I also understand the fact that its not always the teams fault and I have room to improve.

Weakness: Instantly pissed if someone does the missing ping if I make a bad play. Occasionally will make dumb plays.
