Silver 1 Girls Team LF ADC, Mid or Support

Hey, everyone!

I'm the captain of an all girls team (no, we're not sexist!) that has been around for almost a year now. We have not had much luck in finding a lasting member for our 5th position, and as such are looking for someone to fill this role. We are serious about what we do and are looking someone who will equally share our responsibilities and wants to participate in Ranked 5s, scrims, and team vs. team tournaments. We would very much like to hit Gold on our team and progress as close to Platinum as we possibly can this season. Because of this, we are looking for the following in all future applicants:

  • Female
  • 18 +
  • Gold+ in Solo/Duo Queue
  • Knowledgeable in the role being applied for
  • Good communication and ability to use Skype

Our preferences are what they are, and we do apologize if any are offended by what we are asking for in our applicants. We are very open and friendly and will not make you feel uncomfortable when you play with us. We are not a clique -- any and all criticism that we have to offer, will be brought up after the games and not done through whispers or behind your back. Friendship, respect, and teamwork are valued above everything else with us. Anyone can improve and so long as you mesh well with what we are, we will remain open to learning how to build synergy with your playstyle and progress through the ranks!

Youve been around for a year and are silver 1 team.

well you say that you take it seriously so i could give you a suggestion, if your serious about it, why not look for a coach to help each of you improve on team play, since you play together often enough, and have an established group of core members(except 1) i could see your team climbing to gold/plat before seasons end. and even if all your team members are girls im sure the coach could be any gender.

And im sure a lot of people would relish the opportunity to coach and assist an all girls team cause "all girls". something to use to your advantage. You could prolly reel in some random master/high diamond elo player.
