Looking for Carry ( Silver I to Gold)

Hey guys new to the forums but I have been playing league for about 4 years. I consider myself a good player but I just can't seem to get over the hump to gold. I am currently silver I and I feel comfortable playing support or jungle. Is there anyone willing to help me get in some wins before the season ends?
