ADC Main LF Team/Duo

Hi! I'm a adc main looking for a ranked 5s team thats semi-serious. I was Gold 3 last season and I am currently gold 5 trying to make my way back up (: (damn you provisionals). I'm trying to climb this season and would like to find someone who is dedicated and wants to climb too. Looking for any role really but must be silv-gold. As for the team, I really want to be part of a team who plays constantly and doesn't disband after provs.
