LF Ranked 5s team

Im stuck in bronze 5 but i have had numerous people tell me its not my fault LF ranked 5s team i main mid and adc and would be happy to play either

Mid- Adc-

Im a quick learner and can adapt pretty well im on almost everyday add me if interested :)

ps- if you can provide any tips on helping me get out of bronze on solo que it would be appreciated
