LF Coach S2 top laner

I'm honestly at this stuck point in this game. I want to climb. i have the desire and the time. I feel as if i have become a product of my environment though. I'm looking for someone that's willing to invest some time in helping me out. I just need someone to hard critique things that i do. Either in one game or over a few. I know i do some silver shit. But i also know that i should be able to carry these games with the lead i can get. I'm just very unsure how. Any advice would be helpful.
