I have a dream... of playing in abuse-free team

I am looking for a group of like-minded people to play ranked games with - I would like to join or create a team of 20-30 people so there is always someone available to play a game without designating precisely time when everyone should be online and what role he should play. Ideally, players would be average skill but actually the most important qualification is not being an a**hole. I just want to play a game or two without constant whining and flaming.

I started playing LoL a couple of months ago. Even though I have so far played quite a few games, I think there is plenty more I should learn - mostly on self-control part but then on game mechanics as well. I usually play 5v5 Rift because I like teamplay posibilities this map provides and sometimes surprising turnarounds throughout the game. What bothers me most about this game is the ability of just one player ruining the match for entire team - by either playing uncooperatively / stupidly / selfishly / arrogant or whichever the reason might be to ignore the voice of reason and piss off 4 other people trying to have some fun. I just reached lvl 30 and started playing ranked games... I have to say, first two games were AMAZING - my team played great, and even if I did some stupid mistakes they were supportive and not quick to judge. For a moment, I thought that ranked play is the promised land and that I was finally free from infantile "noob-omg-rly-report" players. But then, wheel of fortune turned and I landed in a couple of horrible games where everyone wants to play exclusively top or mid (mid or feed), possibly adc, support no way, and even if there is a jungler he is playing his solo game in which he just runs around the jungle and occasionally suicides on a monster.
