ADC LF solid flex team

Currently S1 but absolutely going to get back to high gold/plat this season in solo and looking for a team for flex. Looking for people who understand meta picks and the current "state of the league" so to speak. I have voice and play well with others and dont believe any game is over until a nexus explodes.
