Looking to Join Ranked Team, Gold Minimum.

I was able to get my hands on Gold 5 before the end of the last season, and I'm hoping to go into this next season to pick up better than that, but I'd also like to take part in Ranked 5s. I can play any role you need me to, but I'm most familiar with mid lane champs and match-ups. I'm not a glory-hog, I don't rage over bad games, and I always strive for the team mentality.
