Serious team in need of a serious coach

Hello, my name is Edwin or you can call me Sk00by. I am the manager of the team and I am in need of a coach. Just to forewarn you, we are not funded as of yet so I will have to ask of you that coaching will be done from your own goodwill. I currently have a team consisting of Gold/Platinum. I do not require any rank for the coach but to actually discipline the team in staying levelheaded and aiming for victory. I also ask of the coach to be more experienced so that you can guide younger players into making the right decisions.

Name: Dan Age: 20 Rank: D5 Knowledge in roles (ADC, Mid, Support, Jungle, Top)?: Availability: Anytime, except some nights Tuesday, Wedesday, Thursday I can't play after 9 pm PST due to work What are your thoughts of the LCS? Great experience and fanbase, sadly it is slowly dying. Also LCS has a great structure and building backbone for pro players compared to other games in the pro scene.
