[Postal Gaming] Ranked 5v5 team recruiting all positions (21+, Gold+)

I'm looking to start a team of mature (21+), intelligent LOL players who take the game seriously, would practice regularly, and know how to create a supportive atmosphere for team development.

Here are a couple requirements for the team (I'd like to take everyone but these are strict requirements. Please do not apply unless you meet all of them):

21+ in age Gold or higher Can play 3 times a week Must have functioning headset

Here are a couple highlights for how I envision the team working:

Practice a minimum of three nights per week Post(al) game critique will be sent out after gaming sessions Participate in tournaments once we feel we are ready Designated roles for each team member (shot caller, time keeper, etc.) Communication - Skype for the beginning. Will use other software if needed If this interests you then please provide the following information in the response section (my information is provided as an example). If we decide to try you out then I (IGN: VonSky) will friend you in game and get the process started. Tryouts will consist of one normal 5v5 match

Cons:

  • Warding deep alone

Pros:

  • Giving/accepting positive criticism from teammates based on mistakes, and things to improve on.
  • Vision control (maintaining vision, pink wards).
  • Actively communicating on enemy movements.
  • Experience in playing ESL tournaments

Hello VonSky, if you and your team are interested in joining a teamspeak server to use for communication & other benefits, Vigorous Gaming is now offering partnerships for all ranked teams! We will supply you with your own private channel. You will be able to have your own password that only your team members know. You will be given Channel Admin to edit and put what ever you would like in the channel description. Lastly, if you own a team icon of 16x16 or banner we can upload it on the server for you to represent your team. There will also be other teams throughout the server you can set up scrims with.

Or I am flat out too late at a skirmish) Functioning Headset: yes - Turtlebeach X12 Time Zone: EST Availability: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday (from 7pm), Weekends, (I might miss a few fridays here and there but I'd be available past 9pm only)

IGN: Derezzed2g Age: 24 Current Rank: Plat 1 ( D3 before i xfered back to NA) Role: Support Preferred Champions for Role: Thresh, bard, braum, alistar...but i can play any support Weaknesses/strengths: not being used to my adc so i try things he isn't ready to commit to, i can play passive or aggressive but i look to make early plays and get rolling Functioning Headset: yes - razer kracken Time Zone: EST Availability: mon-fri after 4ish and weekends is flexible ( married so i prefer nights on the weekend if possible but it can be worked around if need be)

Time Zone : Central Avail: Mon-Fri nights On sat/sun either all day or avail at night Strengths: My personality if I could toot my own horn. I am a funny energetic SOB. I love to have fun and learn. I keep calm and remain helpful. I am pretty flexible as a player. I always wish to learn and get better. Weakness: Eh its hard to pick them out. Using power spikes to get ahead or snowball could be one of mine.

I do really well behind great teammates with good personalities and people looking to be better.

IGN: peacegecko Age: 20 (21 soon) Current Rank: Plat IV Role: ADC Pref Champs: Graves, Vayne, Caitlyn, Lucian, Sivir Headset: I mean, its a turtle beach. Time Zone: Central Avail: I'm flexible Strengths: I play champions that are strong in both skirmishes and team fights. I boast high KDA's and good CS numbers and I usually come out of my lane either even or on top. I'm highly analytical, know my champions inside out, and have a strong presence at every point of the game Weaknesses: My warding can be lack luster, especially when I swap out my trinket around the mid game. Also, whereas I know skirmish match ups like the back of my hand, knowing how to abuse the waves to my advantage in different matchups is something I'm very shaky at.
