I am looking for a team (S5 Diamond+ Solo Queue players) to practice with that is focused on improving both individual mechanics and team coordination. Top and jungle are my best solo queue roles, though I am also familliar with playing bot lane as a secondary option. Add me in game if you need me to fill in a role for your team. My schedule is very flexible and if your team is serious about playing and improving, I will readily make playing ranked 5v5s a priority in my life!

I have been on Challenger teams for the past 2 seasons, and every time we lose a qualifier for a split we disband. Please contact me if you are actually serious about putting something together with some diamond level players who are willing to stick with the team.

Sent you a friend request. I would like to try working with you, seems like you are more knowledgeable than me about how this works. I am more than willing to put in the time and effort to get a team going and try to gather the momentum to make something happen. As for teams disbanding, that is pretty hard to prevent. Unless we can garner a serious following for our team and/or incentives to keep our players from leaving that is pretty difficult to manage, as everybody is always looking for the next better team they can be a part of.

At any rate, it could be worth having a discussion and throwing some ideas back and forth. Add me on league and we'll talk.
