New Team on the Way need everything but supp :)

Founding a new team looking for serious players who want to win. People who have a good understaning of the game and are serious about climbing. Someone who can devote time and continually get better individually and as a group. Team synergy needs to be on point and calls need to be followed even when you dont agree. If youre serious about climbing youre gonna play your best champ and come up with good team comps. Trying to run good team comps for flex que wan to breeze through games today. I'm a gold-plat supp main i really want to find an adc who is good but who can also put a lot of time in. I'm only playing to win, this game is too long to just play for fun I honestly dont want to waste 40 min of my time just to lose. Any indication you lack the skills to move forward and continue to climb you are gone and its nothing personal just trying to climb as fast as possible. I expect all solo lanes to win and junglers to gank consistently. Things happen but i want to go ino the game knowing/expecting my solo lanes to win everyone needs to play their part. Help in team fights dont lose towers for free. Im here willing to put the time in with the right team and right players. I do want to have fun and winning is fun for me. With that being said tempers flair i expect it in compeitive play but dont bully, harass, racist, nor sexist remarks will be tolerated. Will be using discord for voice comms possibly team speak. I do want to form a solid 5 not trying to switch out players too often if at all.

When the time comes as well as the right people I would like to have a team and start participating in tournaments aswell as fun games here and there. I want to be the best even if we arent the best individually i want us to have formed a bond a very strong team where as we can beat teams we would normally have no business beating so I would like to start building the team now. Aspirations for diamond or higher are a must and i see no point in competing at plat level unless there is something im unaware of.
