Do the LCS premade's count towards pool party rewards??!!

Hello govna's,

I wanted to know if the LCS premades count towards pool party awards. ALSO, is the reward point count only for each region of league? e.g. NA, EU etc.?

Lets start this discussion! Also have there been a recent update on how we are doing? what do you guys think we will get if we project forward to the end of the pool party rewards time?
