Starting a Plat+ Team.

Hi, I'm trying to start a new team to make a Ranked Team. I have been playing League since Pre-Season 2. I have main almost all roles, and have very good game knowledge and follow the meta shifts.

I want to get a good group of people who work together and aren't negative. Looking to be serious and work around everyone time frames, with 2 rotations in each position. I want to play the meta champs and really try to win games.

Must be able to use voice chat. Curse, Skype.

I can play every champ but only few to a high level of play. I always adjust to the meta, but I haven't learned urgod yet. XD Are you able to put in time to practice as team? I will always put time in to practice for the team.
