Plat 2 (in promos) Support LF Top/Mid/Jungle Main duo

Hello i would like to find a plat 2 + jungle top or mid main that can win their lane and secure at least one lane down. I will garentee get my adc fed every game. I have struggled in games only that other lanes are too far behind to have the bot lane carry.
