Looking for a Support for 5's team

I have been playing since the start of season 4 and i main support, i went into ranked right away like an idiot and my result is bronze.....i took a small break to study the game and role and im back now playing ranked again and already hit my series in one day, so i know i have improved, I have always played this game solo and would love for the opportunity to try out for a team

Strengths: Warding, Mechanics, Positioning

Weakness: Timings (keep tracking of drag times etc), too passive at times

I try to stick to 4 main champs, Thesh, Sona, Braum, Morgana.....

but i also have soraka, janna, zilean, taric, leona, and annie

Im a dedicated support and couldnt imagine playing anything else.....my builds are to help my team, i know how to sacrafice for the greater of the team, and i love to bring a good attitude.....
