Looking for help

Hello there, I am looking for someone who is a higher elo than me, Plat +, that mains ADC and could give me some tips for playing the role.

I am currently a Gold V, been up to Gold 3 but am not playing ranked anymore so I can practice for next season, I have been maining Support/Jungle all season and so far it's gotten me from Silver V to Gold V. I have been told for a very long time to just main ADC to gain elo so, I finally decided to try to main ADC and see how far it takes me and see if I am skilled enough to learn it and be good at it. I have played ADC in ranked obviously but am not very good at it and want to get better.

I am asking for help from people who main the role and actually know what to do in lane such as, when to trade, matchups, when to back off and when to go in, what ADC's are good against other ADC's, etc... If anyone could please help me with this it would be greatly appreciated, I just want to get better at the role and see how far it takes me next season when I play ranked.
