LF Serious Team

I want a serious team, VERY serious, i am looking to climb elos with a team and even participate in small tournaments and see where they lead us, if somewhere that's great, if not, we had a fun time and definitely improved. The team needs to be active, play constantly, and join events (I can get the team in tournaments) Looking to either Top Jungle or ADC main, i have been switching between those 3 roles for the past 3 years so can fill any of those slots for a team.
