Quantums Pulse looking for a Plat- Diamond Mid laner

Hi i would like to explain the goals and dedication that we are looking for Quantums Pulse. First off we will establish this is a very competitive team with a tight schedule and high goals. We would like to have a team average solo/duo queue rating of d3+ by the end of the season, also we want to hit d1+ as a team this upcoming season. Meaning we will practice as a team almost everyday and solo/duo queue everyday. Team practices will start at 5 PM (Central) sharp if you are late consistently without giving us warning you will be kicked from the team and replaced. Nextly we do not tolerate ignorance or putting yourself above someone because you think your better then them. If you want to be the best, prove it and with time you will earn respect, respect is something that you can not force on someone it must be earned. Being toxic will also result in a warning then a kick from the team. Now what can we offer you as a player! We can offer a competitive playing team that is dedicated to what they do. As well we offer a good coach, teamspeak server, manager and tournaments. Once we get diamond 3 we will be able to get a sponsorship from places like (razor etc.). Now please fill out the application below and i will get back to you as soon as i can. If you are accepted i will have you added and we will go through several tryout games with people watching you while you play. Then you will either be accepted or declined depending on how you call, play, attitude when you lose a game, how you deal with losing lane and coming back from it, and how to control your lane when you are winning it. I want every member of the team to enjoy their time playing with us and for it to be a safe but constructive environment where players can hone their skills and conquer their weaknesses. I hope to see the team do well and improve throughout their time together as a unit and individuals, and I would love to see the team become a big part of the LoL community. I will do my best to help each and every player with anything they might need everyday, and hope that we develop a good chemistry as a team and staff. What can you bring to the team no one else can: I'm good at keeping a level head even if the going gets tough, I do not go on tilt very easily, and I am almost never toxic. Playstyle: I can play most play styles, but my favorite that I believe works the best is a passive early game with low risk plays, transitioned into roams, later transitioning into teamfights and objective control. 1 weakness: Starting on a new team I may not speak as much as I should, but over time as I get comfortable with the team, I will speak more. Best attributes as a player: (like, very calm and can encourage teammates are what we are looking for ): I am a very calm person who does not easily go on tilt, and can think with a clear mind most of the time. How would you ideal team, work with communication, shotcalling etc. : I have played with mostly support and jungle shotcallers, which have worked out fairly well from my experience. I think a jungle shotcaller is good because he/she can make calls based on what they see, which is usually a lot since they look at the entire map. Why are you trustworthy: I can show up to the majority of practices, unless I have an unexpected problem. And my schedule is usually flexible. Personal achievements in real life: I am currently in the IB program, on course to pass and get my diploma, I am an Eagle Scout, and I have won many academic awards for different science and math competitions. Driven towards this through our shared passion. I would like to face challenges and conquer them alongside comrades. I want to celebrate success with friends. I want to be the best with the best and enjoy the ride through it with a true team. What can you bring to the team no one else can: I can bring dedication and conviction, I can bring terrible jokes as well. I can also bring comradery and teamwork, communication and solidarity. I can be a teammate to fellow team members. I have a unique game style and adept gameplay, mechanics, and also knowledge. Playstyle: Zone focused, I like to deny the opponent and take leads where I can find them. I also like to hunt the opposing jungle. Spent some time with more serious teams but it was short lived mainly due to intra-team squabbles. Are you willing to learn and take constructive criticism without being frustrated or getting defensive: Definitely, spent many years in sports with very critical coaches and they were irreplaceable to myself growing up. How would your ideal team, work with communication, shot calling etc. : Ideally the team would be the most invincible roster since league founding, however that would be boorish. I would like a team that sticks together as a team, not because we're on the same team but because we want to be on the team, with our teammates. Communication would be joyful and supportive, come game-time it would be simply and easy to understand. Shot calling would not be a contest, but the team working as a group towards a common objective; winning. The entire team would be allowed a voice however regardless what is said or called there is one voice given priority and listened to above all others. Why are you trustworthy: I'm open about everything, I prefer honesty and putting the team first. Thus there is no reason to lie nor deceive others who see you as a fellow gamer. I believe myself to be considerate and kind to others. Personal achievements in real life: My achievements are not he most impressive, I've been a candidate for representing the US in soccer growing up. Various academic and sports related accolades that merely look good on paper. I am currently looking to become a manager and personal trainer as injuries have ended my sporting career. Maybe league could prove me wrong one day. Do you have any questions for me? What does the team infrastructure look like, how does the current roster look at wins/loses and personal mistakes. What's the mindset searching for a final slot in the roster and moving forward. Does the team as a whole have the confidence to carry on no matter the obstacle.
