Gold V player lfg, norms or ranked

Was plat s3-4, stopped playing for a while, got this account for cheap climbed it from s5 to g5, i like to play norms to try out new roles and champ but i do rank here and there, main jungle, up to grind or play norms with someone that's at least decent or in the same boat
