serious gold 4 team looking to go diamond in the next 6 months Needs a mid and extra Staff

We are a very serious team we have a full practice schedule and a coach we are having tryouts to semi or fully replace are current mid. we take League very serious and are looking for a player that does also. if you cant see your self playing for more then 4 times a week every week for 5-6 hours then you will not fit well. also do not think that if you are a high ELO player you just make the team we have turned down many diamond players. elo means almost nothing in NA we are looking for a good mined set and good work ethic and strong mechanics. if you would like tryout add Shyy AF ING and talk to him.
