Gold Jungle Looking for Ranked Team <3

What's up guys,

My name is Mitch "HFX Kerberos" Doubleday, I am a Gold Jungle currently seeking a Ranked 5's team. A little bit of history for me; I started playing LoL right after launch, I played with friends and started my competitive career in Season 2. I managed to stay around 1800 elo for season 2-3, and took a break half way through season 3. I started playing again mid Season 4, and I'm starting to take the game seriously again. My future goals; I'm currently Gold 5 (went from bronze 5 decay to Gold 5 in about a month) and I have high plans to make Plat shortly after Season 5 (Hopefully Riot doesn't change the game drastically every week). I plan on joining a great Ranked team, that holds practice, understands team work, and has a positive outlook for the team. Personal info; I'm a 20 year old Information Technology Student from Halifax, Nova Scotia Canada (AST). I have a great schedule and I'm a very dedicated hard working individual. I am a laid back mature person, and work best with mature people, with that said, I don't like people who are over serious.
