Need a Duo partner In Bronze or silver

Ok so i havent played ranked much but i was playing with a plat 1 for my placement... (Not a good idea) I have played league for 2 full seasons and then the current one. I need someone that plays often, can play most rolls decently, and has teamspeak that also speaks English.
