Looking to start a Bronze/Silver Teams

#Introduction So I've been a part of many teams, and ran a few myself. However i keep finding myself with a new team each month. Why is this? Because not to many people take teams serious. So I'm creating a new team, along with a group of friends who want the same as myself. To create a league of players dedicated to learning and playing the game with a serious attitude. So what am i offering to you? Well I'm recruiting players who wish to join teams around the bronze/silver elo, who wish to grow and learn as a family together. If you wish to just become part of a team, AWESOME! I've got a spot for you in a roster. Want to run your own team and captain 4 others? I've got a spot for you as well!

#So what do i ask in return?

  • ##Age must be 18+ Its noting against anyone under 18, i just want a serious environment. This community is for serious players, and people who want to learn and take it seriously
  • ##Discord is a must Its free, and where the community is taking place, enough said about that
  • ##Flexible hours with team Everyone's schedule is different, I understand. But we need to be able to set up scheduled practices and team meetings.
  • ##Be able to receive criticism We all aren't perfect. Understand that and listen to your team leaders/captains when they give you feedback. We aren't here to bash you, just help you learn and improve.

#What are you going to benefit from joining? 1.)Weekly scrims where coaches and other admins evaluate your game play to help improve 2.)Tournaments that can lead up to prizes and other rewards (TBA) 3.)A friendly community where you can learn and grow with other players in your elo

Comments: I'm very accepting of criticism, as long as it is constructive. I understand people don't play as well as others and i often see these people thrown aside for the sake of having better players on the team, instead of being helped to try to get better and develop as an entire team, i have personally been one of those people. A good team environment should be everybody working together to help another that is struggling. I don't flame or blame others for my mistakes and will be the first to be accountable for my misplays. I hope this can give you a little insight to what I'm like.
