Recruiting Coach For Diamond Ranked 5s Team

My name is Nicholas Harris, I'm the manager of New Dawn Horizon, a newly formed Diamond team. We're looking to add a coach to our staff. We currently have two manager, an analyst and we are looking to add a coach to our staff. The team consists of two Diamond Vs and three Diamond IVs. The team schedule is being made sometime today, but expect the team to be playing five days a week, mainly in the evening/night. The team will look to join tournaments, climb the ladder and scrim on weekends. The goal of the team is generally to achieve master in 5s in season 6 but other goals will be added and worked towards as we move along.

As a coach, your attendance to practice is highly preferred but if something should arise, I will ask that you notify me beforehand and give me a rundown of what the team will be doing at practice that day.

My only requirement is that you have previous coaching experience with a diamond team.

If you're interested, please indicate below why you're interested, your previous experience and why I should choose you as New Dawn Horizons coach.

Thank you and good luck to those interested.
