ADC looking for full team to start pro

Right now I'm a bronze 5 player but i play a lot more than it looks. i want to go pro and get big. I am willing to learn and get better. i have great communication skills, but I'm very busy outside of League. please take me as a recommendation. Main: Jinx Others: Cait , Xayah , Ashe , and Sivir , in that order.
