Support LF adc main (pref gold or smurf)

Title says it all.

I play Janna, Sona, Soraka, Nami and Lulu.

I've been playing since S3 but still have a reaaaally hard time climbing as a support, doesn't help that I was on hiatus for a while so all my in game friends are gone I guess.
