help me fix my mmr (currently s2)

Was duoing with a friend, and we had a 55% win rate. He went up from g5 0LP to g4, and I dropped 75LP for the exact same set of games since my mmr is so bad. (losing up to -26lp per game and only winning +12lp)

Looking for someone who can help me fix my mmr so I can get back to winning more than I lose. Currently in Silver 2.

I like playing bot lane, either ad or supp. Looking for a strong mid laner or jungler who can help influence the game
