Diamond 5 Player Looking for Duo Partner to Climb to Masters/Challenger

Alright, well I main Top Nasus, Fiora and Mid Veigar. I know Sejuani Jungle and a few Supports. I'm horrible at adc haha. I do good pretty much every game. I just need someone who is consistent as me so we can climb. I'm pretty much a one trick pony where I'm really good on only a few champions. Its impossible to win when everyone is doing bad. So if your in the same situation, we could increase our chances of winning when its only 3 people feeding. Preferably someone good at mid or adc. I'm at Diamond 5 right now and my goal is to get to Masters/Challenger.
