LeBlanc Main Looking For Ranked Team (gold/silver)

I am in silver 5 and i main Leblanc mid and amumu jungle. This is a new account and i am looking to join a ranked team that plays multiple times a week. I have average elo but im an above average player due to my in game knowledge of objective control and decision making, leaving me a good pick for most teams.
