LF a coach to help me with my gameplay

A little bit about me I am an ADC main who plays all the other roles as well (mostly mid). The strongest thing about me is my laning phase where I can 2v2 or 1v1 pretty easily as long as my support is on the same page as me, or if I put myself in a favorable matchup in the mid lane. My main issue is not being able to transition from laning phase to the rest of the game, because most times I fall behind if I am constantly ganked and nothing gets done elsewhere in the map. I also have a slight rage issue because of my annoyance with these said teammates who do not capitalize on a bad TP or anything like that.

What I am really looking for is a diamond coach. Not plat, not gold, diamond. Why? I'm gonna be honest. I know I'm good. I want to get better. But by having someone higher than me, I have something to chase. I have a goal to reach. I know I can play at a diamond-like caliber, but I keep putting myself down in every game because I feel like my teammates don't listen or I don't do better than I should have.
