Looking to create a ranked 5's team

Hello, I'm looking to assemble a ranked 5's team with people who are comfortable playing late night or night time, depending on your timezone. Any (NA) timezone is welcome as long as you can play from 5 pm- 8 PM PST time at least 3 times a week (would prefer if it could be daily). We're currently looking for people who are dedicated and are willing to grow as a team. Silver+ are welcomed to join as long as you show that you're willing to improve and can behave properly when winning (showboating, getting overconfident) or losing (raging/blaming/passive aggressiveness).

It's highly preferred that you use a microphone, but it's a requirement to at least be present on Curse if you don't happen to own a microphone.
