NEED RANKED TEAM

Im tired of no matter how good you are being stuck in bronze due to afk's throwers, and just all around TOXIC fucking players! I main Talon and Diana along with others! i just need a team before i fucking punch a hole through my god damn monitor! i dont flame or tilt! but my emotions are invested in this game, skillset of a silver player! was silver in season 3 on other accounts along with season 4! please get me the fuck out of bronze! all i need is a team with communication and knows what roles they are playing and that dont feed! Not much to ask for but seems to be impossible this season! Any responses are welcome, add me in game!
