Recruiting High Diamond/Masters/Challenger Players for a shot in the LCS

Hi, I want to first off thank you for taking time and reading this.

If you really want to give it all in Season 5 and dedicate this year for the LCS tournament... This team is for you. I have coached and managed teams in the past and I believe with my guidance and the skills of talented players can get a shot at the LCS. I am looking at talented dedicated players to help me achieve the goal of making the LCS.

I want to start as soon as possible and I am dedicating this year for this game. This team will be dedicating 6 days a week (7+ hours a day) and will be expected to try to make League of Legends a career path.

If you do not plan to dedicate your 100% to this game. Do not contact me as it will waste time of other players. There will be an interview/tryouts held.

Your schedule is a little off, you're looking to require 5 people who are 17+ to coordinate their schedules for an entire work-week worth of league for an entire year with very small odds of success.

Now, please don't take that the wrong way, I'm not suggesting you quit; what I am suggesting however is that you re-think the strategy you are going to utilize to assist these players to perform at their very best (forcing a 'full-time' schedule will stress most players causing a note-able decrease in performance, especially if you don't have a revenue generation plan in place should they NOT be able to make the LCS within the allotted time period).

Again, I truly hope you take this as constructive criticism; I work with about one hundred teams on a weekly basis, 10-20 of them at the master/challenger level, and from experience can fairly confidently say the schedule you have proposed without serious consideration put into funding, and the mental health as well as the general well being of the players, will lead to disaster.
