Looking for a partner or party to help me out of bronze.

Hi. I'm Tai, been playing league since last summer and i've come to like the game. I was bronze I last season after ranking for the first time, but never got out of bronze since i didn't take it seriously. After a lot of playing and grinding in pre season 6 i got better. I won 9/10 of my placement matches at the start of the season but to my disappointment got placed in bronze V. I've been to bronze IV several times but thanks to the toxicity of the teams i get, i lose more than i win. It would be nice to get a partner or team to help me through it and out of bronze. The only thing is i don't like using mic with strangers so i only communicate using chat.

I play all roles well except for support, which i'm not quite good at the standard support.
