Looking for People to Play With and Learn

Looking for a couple more people to play with and learn with. Rank doesn't matter as long as lol interests you and you want to learn. Was thinking of a group that we can level up together to 30, everyone gets a chance at each role, and get in a lot of practice before we do ranked. I want a team where everyone can chat freely and talk about strategy, plays, synergy, etc. I do NOT want this to be like a one boss takes over the whole team thing but like a coherent group effort where we can play for fun but get better at the game together.
