Leveling up in norms

Hey! So after taking a bit of a break I'm getting back into the game and leveling up a new account. I'm noticing that even in pre-30 norms, people can be dickheads, so if anyone who is not a dickhead is leveling up as well, we should play together!

I mostly have been playing mid, but I'll do whatever. Don't care what level/skill level you are, just don't be a dickhead!
