Gold IV LF duo (pref ex Gold 1+)

I would really like to get a competent duo with me, I will most likely always win lane, I will most likely carry, I just need someone who can play their role well and be at least gold 1 last season. I will not prefer to duo with you if your getting a higher rank. I was just gold 2 for awhile and gave up and started playing roles I didn't know how to play for fun. Why did I do this? Because I was hardstuck gold 2 and wanted to have fun. I'm now stuck in a position where people are doing everything possible not to win, again, I will most likely always win lane, I just need a competent duo that is willing to climb fast.
