LF media member and upper staff

Hello I am the owner of a new org that is taking off the ground at lightning speed. We have been around for a month and have multiple teams and a good working Foundation. We are in need of a media person to help us put together other things such as what website as well as looking for someone to help me run the org and make it even better than what it is.
