I tried to add you so as to explain everything in regards to the team but I guess you don't want to maybe. It is a team of plats and golds. It is a serious team with a strict practice schedule as follows:
Mon-Fri: 8:00-10:00 pm EST Sat-Sun: 3-4 hr/day (depending on that weekends availability)
First two weeks are only practice, then we hit ranked. Weekends would be reserved for ranked whereas weekdays is normal and analysis. There is a lot more to explain as well about the organization (I have a nice little handout). However, if are interested, please add me.
P.S. I usually put a post in regards to team recruitment for my team here, however the outcome was never that favorable. I found that looking for people who want a serious team got more committed people.
