Looking for Plat+ adc for Semi serious Team

Hey, looking for an adc and a sub for a Semi serious team.
Semi-serious as in the main goal of the team is to work on improvement of each player so we can improve on the things that are keeping us stuck. We strive to reach the next level of play. For you the next level may be Plat I, or Diamonv V, or even challanger, and i think most of us have similar goals and can help each other reach them.
** Their are a few things to keep in mind that we are looking for, that former members did not quite understand.**
You should be willing to accept criticism as well as give it, negative criticism should be held off until after the game, If you have any major issues that you would like to discuss with the team, or team leader, it should be done after the game. if someone or something has upset you, wait until after game to bring up a discussion about it, this part is especially important, i would like you to show that you are not only mature but in control, self control is something you will either need or have to adapt.
Do not be argumentative without reason, people dont always see eye to eye, i would like for people to be reasonable and willing to accept other philosophies.
Finally, be on time if you are coming to practice, we are not monsters, if you have a crisis or major issue its fine, however if you are late multiple times without even so much as a heads up that is a problem. Because i am willing to be reasonable you should be reasonable as well, their are 4 people relying on you.
**Most of us are stuck in Low plat - Low diamond, and there is a reason for that, instead of trying to solo our way through it this is a good opportunity to get some feedback from fellow players that can help each of us improve. **

Details:
- We practice 3 days a week at the moment
- the schedule will be flexed around all player availability
- the general practice time is 4 hours, or 6 games.
- after every full practice session we host a discusson.
- we will also talk about theory crafting and different ways to maximize improvement.
- your skill level will be taken into account during the tryout but is the least important trait we are looking for, most important in this team is mentality, adaptivity, and level of understanding.
Requirements:

Age - 18+, i am willing to make an exception here, but a big issue is maturity if you feel like you are mature enough to be criticized and also give "constructive" criticism then by all means, im waiting to try you out :)

Division - Plat V+, this is sort of an entry level qualification, just to show that you have a baseline of game knowledge and have reached a certain skill level.

Edit: forgot a few things. We use Teamspeak 3 for communication. Every now and then their is a bit of traffic from some other players, if this is an issue "we can hold practices in a private room" Everything is up for discussion if you have something you would like to see changed, it is very possible we will make those changes if everyone agrees.
