Creating a successful ranked team(Team name shall be created after full team will meet up)

Now, I bet we all hit level 30 at some point and now need a team. I didnt hit level 30, a while ago, im thinking way back in s3. I was ranked bronze 2 in placements before the reset, and then ranked silver before the other ranked season. I then wanted to create a ranked team hoping to achieve silver/gold or higher. I would like you to follow this format to see more about you, I would consider myself a decent top laner and jungler, but we could sort it out. if you do not get the rank, i would consider subsitutes later. By being accepted, you must swear to never rage on teammates, not to troll, and to calmly explain mistakes rather then yell at them. I hope we can get this team to a very high tier! :)
