I want to CREATE a new team for ranked(plat-diamond) PST time zone

Hey guys, I love playing league and especially would enjoy playing as a team in ranked. I had some previous experience as a captain on my dota team(long time ago). My main roles would be adc and mid(currently plat 3) Minimum requirements: -Obviously you have to be good at the game or at least trying hard enough. -Be serious about it, If I put 100% in a team ===> I expect 100% back -Be able to play at least 2-4 hours on weekdays and a lot on weekends. -Skype -Be a nice/sane individual lol

A ranked team seems like fun, I am not a super hardcore player, but I play league like 8+ hours a day. Would like a consistent team who wants to try hard in some ranked and not flame.
